This is the most popular option for sending your Just Hemp UK order to you. In our experience, this can take approximately 1-2 working days. This service does not offer detailed tracking but you can confirm posting date and see the signature on delivery. Royal Mail says on their website “Although we aim to deliver Signed For® 1st Class the next working day, we are unable to provide a guaranteed next day delivery. For this, we recommend Special Delivery Guaranteed. We aim to deliver 93% of 1st Class mail the next working day.”.
This the cheapest service for sending your Just Hemp UK order to you. This can take approximately 2-3 working days. Due to the fact that we cannot ascertain if our e-liquids, edibles and cosmetics have been tampered with we are not able to accept returns of any of these products whether they are unopened, un-used or remain sealed unless we have sent you incorrect products in your order. We do not accept any product returns based on someone simply disliking the taste.
To ensure that you get the most out of your CBD vaping experience, customers may purchase a sample or smaller sizes of new e-liquid flavour (such as a 10ml bottle) to save waste if you don’t like that particular taste. Having tested the new flavour customers would, of course, have a choice to purchase larger bottles, as required.
If you are returning a product or order to us due to an error on our side, our policy is to cover the cost of postage via Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class Only. We only compensate postage cost of returns by providing a discount off your next order. The customer is responsible for covering the initial cost of the return postage until we reimburse as above.
Although a rare occurrence, should you find that your order arrives damaged please get in contact immediately so that we can process a replacement for you as soon as possible. We will require seeing photographic proof of your items, packaging, packaging slip and reserve the right to request the damaged order to be returned to in a sealed bag via Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class before processing a replacement or refund.
